THE HYBRID TRAINING METHOD

Not everyone has the same needs and definitely no one-size-fits-all. This is why after having spent more than a decade in the fitness industry, I created the hybrid training method drawing from my expertise and science based tools with the mission to help others train like athletes for life. My training approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I continuously seek to refine my knowledge and education in exercise science to ensure my athletes benefit from the most effective, training approaches available. The method is a multidisciplinary way of training with a strong emphasis on cultivating lasting changes, discipline and longevity. This approach allows me to tailor each program based on what works best for you and what´s best for your goal.

PERFORMANCE

Optimising your lifestyle for better health and performance, focusing on conditioning, recovery, nutrition, and sleep management for long-lasting results. My conditioning sessions are centered around the rowing machine (Skillrow, Concept2), where I design training plans to develop your aerobic system i.e., zone-based heart rate trainings. Each session includes a finisher focused on core work, targeting stability, core strength, and endurance, with an emphasis on spinal health, injury prevention, and overall performance.

ATHLETICISM

My training programs for strength and muscular endurance aimed at improving your overall athletic abilities. My training principles are optimised for all levels of experience, ensuring progress no matter where you start. Enhancement focuses on progressive technique, and adopting an individualized approach to both physical and mental training. Athleticism is strongly linked to muscle health, as strong and properly developed muscles are crucial for athletic performance and overall physical function.

AESTHETICS

Primarily focused on Strength, hypertrophy (bodybuilding), physique development (fat loss, muscle gain and body recomposition), as well as posture improvement and core strength. While aesthetics are subjective and vary depending on individual goals, the general aim is to achieve a ( lean) muscular, and well-defined body, supported by strength training, conditioning, nutrition, and recovery. A physique that goes beyond outer appearance—one that boosts your confidence and energizes your body, helping you show up as your best self every day.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1. GET IN TOUCH

Submit a request via the form.

STEP 2. INITIAL CONSULTATION

We will schedule a 20-min no commitment discovery call or in person meeting to discuss your fitness goals, exercise experience and what type of training would best fit your needs.

STEP 3. BODY & FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Upon your acceptance of the offer, we will schedule a 30-min Fitness assessment - either at EVO fitness Berlin or online - to evaluate your current fitness level and readiness.

STEP 4. START TRAINING

You’ll receive your training program through my training app. and from there, we are ready to start training together.
